Not every organisation needs an external delivery partner. Some want to build the internal expertise to run their own SafeMinds program. The Academy supports this through the same accreditation pathway.
Internal practitioners, whether from HR, risk, WHS, or safety functions, can complete the accreditation and become the in-house lead for the program. This is particularly common in larger organisations where sustained program management is handled internally.
Internal accreditation does not change the framework or the independence of the SafeMinds Index assessment. SafeMinds retains accountability for framework integrity and quality assurance regardless of who manages delivery.
