For partners and industry professionals

Partners Academy
SafeMinds Academy provides structured training and accreditation for professionals delivering SafeMinds, Better Work®. Courses cover psychosocial risk governance, the SafeMinds™ Index framework, and regulatory audit readiness.

SafeMinds Academy

Training the professionals who deliver the framework.

For consultants who deliver SafeMinds, Better Work®, and for organisations building internal capability in psychosocial safety governance.

The purpose

Delivering the framework well requires more than general knowledge.

SafeMinds, Better Work® is a structured maturity system. Delivering it requires understanding of how the framework operates, how maturity is assessed, and how governance evidence is produced.

SafeMinds Academy ensures that the professionals who deliver this work, internal practitioners or external advisors, meet a consistent standard. That consistency protects clients, strengthens governance outputs, and makes the maturity intelligence defensible.

For organisations

Find an accredited professional.

SafeMinds maintains a directory of accredited delivery partners across Australia, with expertise spanning professional services, WHS consulting, organisational change, and industry-specific advisory. Partners are listed with areas of expertise, industry focus, and geography to help you find the right fit.

Partners can help with

  • SafeMinds™ Index assessment and facilitation
  • SafeMinds, Better Work® programme delivery
  • Board reporting and governance documentation
  • Intervention design and implementation
  • Regulatory engagement and audit readiness

Internal capability

For organisations building expertise in-house.

Not every organisation needs an external delivery partner. Some want to build the internal expertise to run their own SafeMinds™ programme. The Academy supports this through the same accreditation pathway.

Internal practitioners, whether from HR, risk, WHS, or safety functions, can complete the accreditation and become the in-house lead for the programme. This is particularly common in larger organisations where sustained programme management is handled internally.

Internal accreditation does not change the framework or the independence of the SafeMinds™ Index assessment. SafeMinds retains accountability for framework integrity and quality assurance regardless of who manages delivery.
